Refund & Returns Policy

Uspharmacare will provide high-quality products and service to its customers. It is accountable for the delivery of the orders of customers. But, because of the nature of these products, which are classified as controlled drugs in numerous countries, there’s an obligation to follow certain guidelines.

Refunds:

The following are instances in which customers can request a reimbursement:

1. cancellation: If a customer decides to cancel the order within three days of making the payment. Once payment is completed and the purchase has been sent through the Shipping Department Shipping Department, no refunds are possible.
2. Non-Reception When an order is not received by the buyer within 45 days after processing the payment, the buyer may apply for a refund. The most common reasons that do not result in a reception cannot be reimbursed:

1. The customer has changed their address.
2. The customer gave the incorrect address.
3. The package was delivered to the correct address, but there was nobody to sign it.
4. The package was delivered to the correct address, however an individual claimed it.
5. ineffective products: We try our excellent to procure top-quality products for our clients, however in the event that a buyer claims the items he/she purchased are not effective, they is entitled to a reimbursement provided that the buyer gives us the following information:

1. The clear image from the laboratory test report.
2. An accurate picture of the product.
3. An image of the box (Envelope Box, envelope etc. ).
4. Number of orders.
5. Documentation of Payment (Electronic and physical receipt)

NOTE: A refund may require as long as 60 business days, depending on the processing policy of the company, and those of the banks that the customer is using.

The payments made via Western Union, MoneyGram, or BitCoin will be reimbursed within 5 business days of successful completion of the review.

Reshipment:

Here are some instances where customers may be eligible to reship their item:

1. Delayed: Standard shipping rate $40 can be applied to 14-21-day delivery time all over the world. If there’s delay, the client can request a complimentary refund.
2. damaged products:Our shipping department packs and ships every product using the highest level of care. However, there is a chance that certain pills are damaged due to various international shipping companies during transport. If 50percent or more of the items are damaged in transit, customers could be eligible for a no-cost replacement. The customer has to prepare these details:

1. An image of the packaging (Envelop Box, envelope etc.)
2. The whole purchase. (All the pills, including damaged ones)
3. Number of order.
4. Documentation of the Payment (Electronic and Physical Receipt)

NOTE:If less than 50 percent of the items were damaged in any way, the replacement of the pills damaged will be sent together when you order the next. But, if the buyer would like to have a reshipment immediately, we may send the same quantity of pills provided that the client is able to pay the shipping cost that is $40.

Effective products:We are committed to procuring our medication from genuine manufacturers and licensed wholesalers as is a concern for the health of our clients However, if customers claim that the items he/she purchased have not been effective, the consumer may request a refund provided that the purchaser provides us with these details:

1. The clear image from the laboratory test report.
2. Clear and clear images of items.
3. An image of the box (Envelop or box, etc. ).
4. Number of order.
5. The proof of payment (Electronic and physical receipt)
6. False Product: uspharmacare is committed to fulfilling your order despite the availability of the item. We strive to provide the correct order but it could be that a different type of brand or color of the same product is on the market for a specific date. The customer can request the free delivery of a reshipment in the event that the wrong item was delivered by the client. the following information:

2. Clear picture of the packaging (Envelop or box, etc. ).
3. Number of orders.
4. Documentation of Payment (Electronic and physical receipt)

NOTE:In the case, that the patient receives the same generic drug but the brand name and color, or shape of the reshipment cannot be made.

If the client receives a different generic medicine in the same class (i.e. an anti-inflammatory medication for a pain alleviator) then the client can ask for a refund that will be processed on the following order. Alternatively, the customer has the option to choose any drug in the same category. 50percent of the cost of the original purchase will be delivered if customers pay the shipping charge of $40.

Notification: A free reshipment can take five business days for the order to be placed and 14 – 21 days to arrive. Reshipments can be made faster if customers place another order. In this case the order from before would become part of the present order. The order is only shipped at a single time.
